This is technically work of finance guys! But what I am writing about today is about Planning your life and career give a direction.
Frankly, this has not worked for me, I never planned to be an HR professional.. but I am one today... circumstances were different.. opportunities came, I grabbed it and I am happy. On one blue day at office, I was been advised that I need to have a GOAL in life. I have a career goal and I have a life goal but I dont have a plan to achieve those goals, but I have a strong determination and confidence to achieve them.
Do what works best for you is what I have learnt.
