Think... Think... Think...

Sometimes, some thoughts just arrogate your mind and you keep thinking about it day in and day out. You try to find answers to the questions that you have, you think about the instances in your life which have already passed and you think it could have been better, you think about the current issues that are going on and also think about how you can resolve those issues. OMG!!!! We think so much... 


So, give a break! Enjoy the time that you spend with your friends, with your family, enjoy the movie that you watch, enjoy the music that you like.. life is too short- as you never know if you will be able to live the next moment or not. 


So Wake Up and say yourself- I am gorgeous and I deserve an awesome day!

Force or Choice

We all know how we hate it when something is being forced on us, by someone else or ourselves, and trust me thats worse! But why do we hate it so very much? Do we look at choice as the opposite of force! As in I am being forced to do something because I don't have a choice there. But what can we really do about this! Being a science student I would really like to convert it, put some chemicals on it, heat it to an optimum temperature, basically process it to transform it! But can I chemically treat force to become choice!
YES!
Not in the lab but in my mind, yeah, using a tool called "Attitude"
Why cant I choose the situation that I'm being forced to be in!
For instance, this morning I was already running late for work and to top it I was waiting for my colleague (as we car pool) who calls me at 9:15 am and says that he is going to work out of the other office! When I discovered this, I was clearly being forced by the situation. I was being forced to get late. And what did I do? I chose it! Yes, I chose to be late!
Similarly, apply this to facts that you cannot change in the significant areas of your lives. As soon as you choose, you will stop wasting your valuable emotional and mental energy in resisting it! Through this attitude you will create space for newer possibilities! Do this in your head for sometime, if you have digested this you will discover something very new in you today:

Give & Take

People matter to us so much, especially the ones who are close to us. When they are Sad   you are so worried for them and want to ensure that they are happy- you try your best to do whatever that makes them feel good and in turn you feel good.
The quality of giving someone something that makes the other happy is the best thing one can have!! People are better than no people.
