Etiquettes

Its not so interesting topic to write about, but just giving it a try- as I have learnt etiquettes by experience and not in the books. There are so many etiquettes- email, business, eating etc etc. You come across people who do not have good etiquettes, who don't have any etiquettes (who do not know what does that mean) and some people are just so full of etiquettes. 
And some are absolutely funny people whom we all happen to meet- who don't have any etiquettes but talk about etiquettes about others :).
I learnt that it is important to have a crisp and clear communication while @ work. Important to have respect and manners to misbehave/ behave while you are with your friends and partners. 
I find my this post to be a little boring one as it is not of my taste either, but I met a person today who doesn't have any etiquettes and was commenting about everyone else's!

Change

There are too many things to write about this topic. Change is sometimes good, but change management is difficult. So to adopt a change it is obvious to have a right kind of strategy for the change management. 
There are many books around change management one could read about.. but what I personally believe is that you can Change things in your life, the day you believe in Changing something in your life.. When you truly believe that there is something that you need to Change about yourself, your company etc. you need to believe in that Change. Unless it is from within it will not show out. Once you believe in what you want to do, you come up with right kind of strategic plan for manage the Change that you want to drive in yourself or in your company.
